This project was a hard bid involving the construction of a new 17,000 square foot golf clubhouse that included a dining area, pro shop, locker rooms, a full kitchen and veranda. T&G was invited to bid this project through a existing relationship with the architect. We were the low bidder and were awarded the project. Construction included sitework, core & shell as well as amenities. The T&G team accommodated multiple, owner initiated changes to various aspects of the clubhouse through-out construction. The team produced and coordinated mock up preparations for owner review throughout the project and prior to final sign off and acceptance. The golf course was kept open during the construction process. Due to this fact T&G took special care to ensure a clean and safe project site and limited the disruption to guests. Tom Martty, Woodforest’s General Manager, was thrilled with the outcome of the project, and was highly complimentary of T&G’s work. “ All of us here love the results, enjoyed working with the T&G team, especially its Project Manager and Site Manager, and look forward to working with them on other future projects at our property”.
