T&G was tasked with gutting the existing three-story building built in 1964, and adding a new 7,000 square foot rooftop balcony and terrace. The project included the removal and rebuild of the back third of the building from the lower level up to the 2nd level (two complete levels). In addition, T&G rebuilt 27 existing building foundations inside the building to allow the new steel/concrete structure to be built. The existing pro shop was also renovated and is now the largest Golf Pro Shop in the country, as confirmed by the Golf Channel. This project was fast tracked, completed in 10 months, and the deadline was non-negotiable as the resort was the site of the Cadillac Championship, a nationally-televised golf tournament.
