The multi-phased renovation of this 5-star hotel was completed by T&G Constructors, and first included the transformation of new sauna steam rooms, a hair salon, and a nail salon. In phase II, T&G finished a complete renovation of 167 guest rooms. The third phase of construction consisted of the new grand lobby. The scope of work included a new indoor and outdoor bar, fine dining restaurant, café marketplace, two private dining areas, and relocation of the fitness center.
