The project consisted of a select renovation of the site, building envelope, and HVAC work. Site work consisted of restoration of the pavement surface, curbs, and the addition of flumes to mitigate water erosion. The milling and resurfacing of the pavement covers the parent drop-off loop, bus drop-off loop, and parking spots. Additional scope included mechanical work which included new electric hot water heaters, new HVAC chillers and pumps; replacement of all exhaust fans; chilled water piping revisions, and replacement of chilled water isolation valves; refurbishment of all HVAC air handling units; re-placement of all air dampers. Electrical work included new fire alarm and intercom systems, replacement of exposed lightning protection systems.
