T&G Constructors was contracted to complete renovations on MDCPS Coral Gables Prep Academy. Scope included interior renovations of classrooms and administrative areas, hazardous material abatement, new drywall installation, flooring, electrical upgrades, millwork, chiller replacement, plumbing repairs and fire alarm upgrades.
