T&G was contracted by MDCPS to complete the ground-up classroom addition project for Comstock Elementary School. The scope of work for this includes a new three-story tilt up addition (approx. 38,000 SF; 474 new permanent student stations) including classrooms, art, music, library, and administration facilities. The specific scope included new covered walkways (north and south side of new building); drainage and grading; site work for new building and existing buildings; demolition. This project was completed in Fall 2021 on time and within budget.
