T&G was first contracted to provide preconstruction services for the complete renovation of the outdoor amenity area at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes resort. After significant planning and budgeting the Owner negotiated a contract for construction services to perform the work. The project scope included building a new waterslide and tower with all supporting infrastructure including concrete foundations, plumbing, aquatics and electrical work. The scope also included landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, lighting, spa and water feature construction.
