This renovation was broken into two phases: the first phase included conversion of bathroom and guestrooms (total of 480) and second phase included renovation of the hotel bar, Scribes, as well as both men and women’s relaxation/locker rooms with extensive floor and tile work done throughout the whole project. During demolition, T&G found there were different measurement lengths for showers. T&G was able to bring in a professional framing team and insert new frames that did not impact the  schedule nor completion date. The result was a contemporary and upscale guestroom that was completed by contract date. T&G along with the glass framing team  worked to set up standard measurements of frame, drywall, tile and glass which resulted in a successfully completed project and a satisfied client.
