T&G performed a complete renovation of 1,100 rooms on an accelerated schedule. The scope of the work included removal and installation of furniture, new carpet, painting, bathroom upgrades, and window treatment modifications. Since the project schedule had extremely tight restrictions, T&G monitored manpower on an hourly basis, which allowed the team to meet every original deadline.
