
RICK GONZALEZ
PRESIDENT
The co-founder and president of T&G Constructors, Rick, has successfully led the company to deliver thousands of outstanding projects over the past 35 years. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. Overseeing several strategic areas of the company including construction operations, project delivery, and safety strategy, Rick continues to lead T&G as we continue to expand throughout Florida. Under his direction, T&G is a multi-year recipient of the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Platinum STEP National Safety Award and the AIA Contractor of the Year Award.

DAVE GRABOSKY
VICE PRESIDENT
As co-founder and VP of T&G, Dave oversees marketing, client relations, business development and pre construction. In his role, he drives the development of new business strategies by cultivating opportunities in
existing and new markets in Florida. A natural consensus
builder and leader, Dave is recognized for establishing
long-term relationships with clients based on the concept
of “relationship-oriented marketing”. Since co-founding
the company in 1987, Dave has helped T&G successfully complete thousands of construction projects. Dave’s
strong commitment to customer service has been instrumental in building the company’s reputation as an industry leader.

JOE EASTON
PRINCIPAL,
VP OF OPERATIONS
Joe is the VP of Operations handling nationwide contract
activity for clients in the public and private sectors.
As a member of T&G’s contract negotiation team, he
is responsible for the timely preparation of Letters of
Instructions (LOIs), contract change orders, insurance
documents, and sub-contractor approval packages
to adhere to legal standards and T&G protocols while
providing the best value for clients.

RICK HUCKESTEIN
PRINCIPAL, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As Director of Operations, Richard leads all project-related
activities and is responsible for overall field supervision,
budgeting, and schedule development and control. With over
20 years of experience in managing construction sites, project
managers, and site supervisors, Richard has vast expertise
in handling large and complex projects. Richard has been
recognized for the construction of the Trump National Doral
Main Clubhouse, a $30 million project, and was acknowledged
for his superior performance in handling strict delivery timelines
and methods.

JUSTIN MCCULOUGH
PRINCIPAL, DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION
In his role as Director of Preconstruction, Justin handles the
planning, coordinating, and supervising of the company’s
options analysis, design review, budget estimating, and value
engineering procedures. Justin works with the client and
design team providing recommendations for constructibility,
as well as working closely with approved subcontractors
to ensure adequate coverage for projects that go out to
bid. With over 20 years of experience he has a very good
understanding of how to work with the client and value
engineer to ensure all scope is achieved with a high quality
standard while being cost efficient.

JESSICA AKSU
PRINCIPAL, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING
Jessica has spent the last decade perfecting the art of business
in construction, offering solutions to clients with a need to build
or renovate. As a construction management firm, our purpose
is to simplify the client’s life and run the construction process
as smoothly as possible. Being involved every step of the way,
involving her team early & advocating for the client truly sets
her apart. Her ultimate goal is to understand expectations
upfront, deliver on them and earn repeat business.

WILLY LARREAL
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
Willy has been with T&G for over 8 years and has
managed many projects in various sectors including
education, hospitality and entertainment. As a goal
oriented individual, Willy works closely with his team
to meet the project schedule while also maintaining
the budget. With over 23 years of experience in the
construction industry, he has the client’s needs in mind
and ensures there is open communication throughout the
lifecycle of the project.

JOHN RESTREPO
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
John has found his niche in managing multi-million dollar
specialty projects. He has over 20 years of construction
experience - 9 being with T&G - designing, estimating,
and managing multi-family, hospitality and entertainment
projects. In addition to managing, he ensures there is
no lack of communication between T&G and the client
throughout the duration of the project.

ANGEL ARAUJO
PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Angel has been with T&G for over 17 years, helping
manage and grow the South Florida region over the
years. With over 25 years of industry experience, Angel
has used his knowledge to benefit T&G and lead his team
through hundreds of successful projects. As a project
executive, Angel is responsible for developing a plan and
achieving goals to ensure the success of a project while
maintaining close communication with the client.
