Situation >T&G was invited to close bid for a 4-story, timeshare apartment complex, being constructed by Silverleaf, a firm we have completed numerous other projects for throughout the Southeastern United States. T&G was the low bidder and was awarded the contract.
Action > Additional to the timeshare scope of work, T&G offered Silverleaf to build a future registration & activities building as well as pool area and amenities, under a construction management contract. T&G provided detailed bid documentation for Silverleaf’s final accep-tance on prices which were in their budget.
Coordination with Silverleaf site contractors and other contractors building amenities to the resort was crucial for the success of this job. Also coordination with Silverleaf vendors with work incorporated into the buildings was required.
Results > All three separate projects were finished within schedule and budget.
