Situation > This was an 17,386 SF renovation of Westside K-8. 

Action > This project began with the demolition of a building. Drywall and metal studs, the VCT tiles and acoustical ceilings as well as painting were done to the new building. New doors and frames were implemented along with lighting and electrical upgrades. From the mechanical aspect, new fire protection was installed, accompanied by plumbing and HVAC. Security systems were very important, as were audio enhancement, intercoms, and fire alarms. It was essential for T&G to stay on schedule in order to deliver a quality product and outperform in all aspects of the project.
