Situation >Ruth’s Chris Steak House sought construction services for their Dallas location, tenant buildout. T&G was awarded this project based on their track record in restaurant construction and relationship with Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Action > During the buildout another general contractor was completing renovations to the 14 floors above. This required precise planning and coordination with all parties involved, including: the client, architect, subcontractors, general contractor and city inspectors. Consistent communication was key to eliminating potential issues and having a successful project completed.

T&G’s veteran superintendent and project managers oversaw construction of the scope of work which included: MEP’s, slab modification, new distribution of spaces, a complete kitchen, exterior improvements, mechanical room, and high end finishes.
