Situation > T&G was contracted by the owners to complete a full renovation of the building. The scope included new flooring, walls, storefronts, lights, HVAC diffusers, paint framing and exterior work. There was a timeframe of no more than 70 days for renovation.
Action > WT&G put together a team plan with OAR and the Architect. T&G provided a second shift team to meet the completion date expectations. Additionally, during the renovation process, T&G discovered unforeseen conditions that were resolved with no delays.
Our team work together with the city of Longwood to obtain exterior paint permits and met City Codes. We also helped to coordinate the scope of the owner’s contractors and worked to meet inspections on time.
Results > T&G Building Certificate of Occupancy was obtained on day 60. Bank Officers and OAR are happy with this renovation and are happy with the T&G team.
