Situation > T&G was awarded this $1.2 M renovation project to provide  office space at the Orange County Convention Center West Building. The office space is separated by interior storefront from the main atrium and concourse.  

Action >The buildout consists of private offices and modular offices, a conference room and a breakroom. T&G worked on structural, interior finishes, system failure, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm. 

Results > The client was satisfied with the timely culmination of the project and maintained budget.
