Situation > This office space build-out located in Miami was completed late 2019 adding a new and fresh look to Leo A Daly office space.

Action > Scope included tenant finish out of an existing office building on the ground floor and consisted of removal metal stud framed partitions, doors, partitions, installations of all finishes. Renovations maintained a fully fire-alarmed interior renovation. Project was a hard bid. Once awarded, T&G worked with the client and used buyout savings to get some previous value engineering items back into the scope of work.
