Situation > Owned and operated by ClubCorp, Las Colinas Country Club is Dallas’s most

prestigious private club. The exclusive, members’ only facility features 5-star amenities, roll-

ing landscapes, park-like grounds, and mission-style architecture with Texas sophistication.

 

Action > The client was seeking extensive interior and exterior renovations to be com-

pleted in time for a pre-scheduled, presidential event. The scope of the exterior renovation

work included an outdoor patio/dining deck with a i re pit site work, the construction of an

“overhang” and the installation of l at screen TV’s and ceiling fans. The interior renovations

included an existing dining area and the addition of a bar, a media room, two conference

rooms, a pre-function room, two new restrooms and office space. T&G was awarded this project based on an existing long-term relationship with ClubCorp, as well as a deep under-standing of working in occupied facilities.

 

Results > The project was skillfully planned and scheduled and the site was carefully moni- tored to ensure minimal disruption to members. While the project required an extremely tight construction schedule, the original end-date was never compromised. As a result, T&G is now ClubCorp’s go-to-team and is considered an extension of their staff,

based on the level of professionalism and proven track record working in high-end facilities.
