Situation >Hanover contracted T&G to complete a high end Corporate office building with two warehouses attached.

Action > Planning for this project was crucial as the site is located next to an executive air-port. Coordination with the FAA was necessary each time a lift or crane was to be used in an effort to redirect airplanes around the project.

Results > The final product produced was a beautiful, contemporary, high end office. The polished concrete floors add a masculine touch to the beautiful finishes throughout. The offices houses a steam room, sauna, massage room, gym, employee lounge with bar, and high tech low voltage lighting. Upstairs are offices, conference rooms, restrooms, a 1/2 court basketball court, theater room with a high technology surround sound system. The 8,000 square foot warehouses are ADA compliant with custom millwork, lockers, a workshop and storage areas.
