Situation > This project consisted of ground-up construction of a metal warehouse for Disney’s Cast Members. 

Action > Work included installing a knox-box and a fire protection sprinkler system. All utilities were installed, as well as permitting, irrigation systems, fencing and gates. Landscaping was also conducted by T&G, as were CCTV, insulation, doors and windows, and of course, all finishes. 

Results > This project resulted in the satisfaction of the clients needs and wants.
