Situation > Due to previous work, T&G Constructors was invited to bid on a project for General Services Administration. The Florida Department of Health had Tenant Improvements and renovations.

Action > This 2 story building interior renovation, include the following scope: Demolition of existing wall partitions, electrical systems and HVAC Systems. New Interior Build-out to accommodate new Florida Department of Health Offices, including: New drywall partitions, doors and finishes.

Results > After the projects commencement, T&G performed an existing conditions survey and was able to identify an alternate route for the new sanitary plumbing, in order to avoid demolishing existing ceramic tile scheduled to remain. Additionally, T&G was able to perform Value Engineering during the design phase to lower the HVAC scope and bring the project back into budget.
