The exclusive private business club, La Cima, is situated in one of the cities most

iconic buildings, 26 l oors above The Towers at William Square in Las Colinas. This 8,000 square foot complete lobby and dining room renovation required expertise in restoring the

history and architecture of iconic buildings and coordinating projects in top l oor facilities while keeping it show-ready within an operational business.T&G was awarded this project based on our extensive experience in in occupied facilities in the world class hotels and private clubs.

The focal point of the renovation in the lobby and bar area was the porcelain tile, cus- tom millwork and new suspended wood ceiling. Within three short days – and with 24-hour-a- day work crews – T&G pulled down a three-story concrete fountain. Other renovations included converting an existing wine room into two “touchdown rooms” featuring 13 new l at screen TVs – including a 103” model – relocation of existing walls, a bar area and a private dining room.

Results > T&G was selected for this complex renovation project based on our competitive  pricing, proposed project team and expertise with on-going and operational facilities. Every evening, throughout the construction process, T&G spent more than two hours cleaning up the area. T&G, in partnership with architect Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, completed this high quality project on time and within budget, and has been invited to do more work for ClubCorp.
