Situation > T&G was contracted by Miami Dade College to renovate a former book store into a Business Information Technology Center.
The scope of work consisted in: asbestos abatement, new HVAC ducts including VAV’S and new AHU. New electrical and data cables, drywall partitions, lighting, windows and doors were also
included in the scope. As well as. ticker tape installation throughout, exterior mullions electrostatic paint, interior paint, and new
flooring. The project was completed to the clients satisfaction and lived up to our motto: outperfom.

Result > With COVID-19 shutdown, construction was affected, however T&G was able to accelerate the project to deliver an on-time and high quality product
