Prequalification

Although T&G Constructors does not require Subcontractors to be qualified before submitting a bid, all Subcontractors selected will have to meet our qualifications before beginning work on a project. The requirements for qualification will vary depending on the project size and the client, however, our minimum requirements typically involve the following:

Do you meet our minimum insurance requirements? Click to view a sample insurance certificate.
- General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
- Automobile $1,000,000
Do you have at least $100,000 in Workers Compensation insurance?
Do you have a valid business license?
Will you supply a bond and what is your limit?

If you would like to prequalify with T&G Constructors, you may either complete our online Qualification Form and Scope of Work Form or download our Qualification and Scope of Work Forms and submit the completed forms along with any supporting documentation to our Estimating Team by
