August 2010 – Church of All Nations,
Holy Land Experience, Orlando, Florida


T&G is constructing the Church of All Nations at the Holy Land Experience in Orlando. This magnificent building, a 22,000 SF, 2000 seat auditorium was designed for worship services, special events and high-definition television broadcasts. The adjacent Cardo Walk, featuring a 40 ft. waterfall and baptismal pool is also one of several Design/Build projects that T&G is constructing for this client.

July 2010 – Seminole County Dental Clinic, Sanford, Florida
T&G is completing renovation of 7,500 SF of existing space at the Seminole County Health Department’s facility in Sanford, Florida, converting it into a new Dental Clinic with four exam stations, reception area, doctors’ dictation area and offices.  This phased renovation will ultimately include a new pharmacy and immunization area as well.

July 2010 - Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., Central Florida Chapter has awarded T&G Constructors its Gold Level Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) award for 2010.  This annual award recognizes the on-going efforts of ABC member firms in the development of quality safety programs.  T&G consistently earns this award as a result of our commitment to on-   the-job safety.
March 2010 - Doral Golf Resort Restaurant and Bar, Doral, Florida
One of many projects that T&G has undertaken on this property, the renovations to the 2-story restaurant and bar are the most recent.  Infill over the cafe created a new restaurant and wine bar entrance.  At ground level, renovations provide for spacious seating.  Renovation of the bar area included the addition of a sushi bar, upgrades to the main bar, and a pantry.  New wood flooring and carpet was installed, as well as upgrading the electrical system.  Additionally, new lighting fixtures, finishes, and painting were included as part of this project.
January 2010 - Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista, near Orlando, Florida.
T&G recently completed comprehensive renovations to the Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista. This $13 Million project involved the total renovation of an existing hotel that had been unoccupied for several years due to extensive hurricane damage. The project incorporated renovation of 324 guestrooms along with reconstruction of public areas, registration center, ballroom, restaurant, entrance, and total exterior including the swimming pool.
May 2009, Orlando and Miami, Florida
T&G Constructors is pleased to announce Ricardo Gonzalez – President, Dave Grabosky - Vice President, Richard Huckestein – Operations Manager/South Florida and Texas, Mark Knott – Operations Manager/Central Florida, Joe Easton – Construction Manager, and Santiago Valencia – Project Manager have been certified as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). 

T&G Constructors recognizes the growth of green building and sustainable development initiatives in the construction industry and we are committed to supporting this growth.   The LEED rating system, administered by the USGBC is the nationally recognized benchmark for design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
