CORPORATE ATTIRE POLICY
PURPOSE:
Company attire is an integral part of the company’s business image. It gives T&G
a sense of professionalism, unity, and solidarity. It is important that every
person is fully aware of the importance of wearing company designated attire.
CORPORATE ATTIRE DISTRIBUTION
Corporate attire will be distributed as set forth below at orientation and then
at the designated intervals.
Each employee will be able to solicit shirts based on the accumulated credits
earned on weekly basis as per the record maintained on direct deposit advice.
All administrative staff, which includes Projects Accountants and all
Coordinators, will receive up to 1.44 credits per week or 75 credits a year.
Construction Managers, Operation Managers, Project Managers, Field Managers,
Site Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, Marketing, Business Development,
Service Managers and Facility Manager will receive up to 3.84 credits per week
or 200 a year.
Credits are earned only during weeks a paycheck is received. These credits have
no value outside of T&G employment and will be forfeited upon termination.
All Field Personnel which includes Foremen, Carpenters, Laborers, and Warehouse
Managers shall receive five (5) T-shirts every three (3) months.
The selection of shirts available and their credit value will be posted on T&G
Constructor’s web site at the employee link, and request will be processed by
submitting a form included on the link.
Employees are permitted to purchase shirts from other sources. If shirts are
approved by T&G,
Credits will be discounted toward the cost of the shirt at a rate of one dollar
($1) equals one (1) credit.
Orders need to be placed by the end of the first week of each month.
